1. Acceptance of Terms / 약관 동의

By creating an account, booking an appointment, or using our services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.

2. Services / 서비스

Soho Day Spa provides aesthetic and medical spa services including but not limited to skincare treatments, laser treatments, injectables, and wellness services. All medical procedures are performed under the supervision of licensed healthcare professionals.

3. Appointments & Cancellations / 예약 및 취소

• Appointments can be booked online or by phone
• A valid payment method is required to book certain services
• Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours in advance
• Late cancellations (less than 24 hours) may be subject to a cancellation fee
• No-shows may be charged the full service amount
• We reserve the right to cancel appointments with reasonable notice

4. Membership Program / 멤버십 프로그램

• Membership fees are billed monthly or annually as selected
• Monthly credits expire at the end of the billing cycle unless rollover is permitted by your tier
• Membership benefits are non-transferable
• Cancellation requests must be submitted before the next billing date
• Unused credits are forfeited upon cancellation
• We reserve the right to modify membership benefits with 30 days notice

5. Payment & Refunds / 결제 및 환불

• Payment is due at the time of service unless otherwise arranged
• We accept major credit cards and select payment methods
• Prices are subject to change without notice
• Refunds are issued at our discretion on a case-by-case basis
• Package and membership purchases are generally non-refundable
• Promotional credits have no cash value

6. User Accounts / 사용자 계정

• You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account
• You must provide accurate and complete information
• You must be at least 18 years old to create an account
• We reserve the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms
• One account per person; account sharing is prohibited

7. Medical Disclaimer / 의료 면책조항

Our services are not a substitute for professional medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. You must disclose all relevant medical information before receiving treatments. Results may vary and are not guaranteed. By receiving treatment, you acknowledge the inherent risks and consent to the procedure.

All content on this website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and software, is the property of Soho Day Spa and protected by copyright laws. You may not reproduce, distribute, or create derivative works without our written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability / 책임 제한

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Soho Day Spa shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising from your use of our services or website.

10. Governing Law / 준거법

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes shall be resolved in the courts of Los Angeles County, California.

11. Changes to Terms / 약관 변경

We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting. Your continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the modified Terms.
